This is the last Will and Testament of me Luke Brown of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Grazier

I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my death

I give and bequeath all my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear Wife Ann for and during the term of her natural life in case she should so long continue My Widow and after her death or second marriage I give and bequeath the same unto all my children who shall live to attain the age of Twenty one years share and share alike as Tenants in Common and lastly I appoint my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirtieth day of December in the year One thousand eight hundred and seventy one

The Testator Luke Brown was late of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Grazier and died on the Thirty first day of March 1879
