The last Will and Testament of Thomas Brewster of Hose in the County of Leicester Farmer
I do charge my Estate real & personal with the payment of my debts, funeral expences & proving this my will
I give devise & bequeath my said Estate & Effects to my Mother Ann Brewster during her during her natural life at her decease I give my freehold Estate situated in Hose to Elizabeth Savage during her life or day or marriage & the said Elizabeth Savage to remain with my mother in full possession of all my household furniture plate linen &c &c
At the death or marriage of the said Elizabeth Savage I give my real Estate household furniture &c as it now stands to my two Sisters share & share alike viz Elizabeth Wilson of Long Clawson otherwise Claxton & Mary Roberts of Redmile
Finally I appoint my Mother Ann Brewster & Elizabeth Savage joint Executors to this my last Will & Testament
In witness whereof I have thereunto set my hand & seal this eighteenth day of October 1820

Signed sealed published & declared by the said Thomas Brewster as his last will & Testament in the presence of us who have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses in his presence

Let a probat be granted to Ann Brewster of Hose in the county of Leicester Widow & Elizabeth Savage of the same Place Spinster joint Executrixes named in the Will of Thomas Brewster who died at Hose on the 29th day of October 1820
They the said Ann Brewster & Elizabeth Savage being duly sworn to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the Testators Goods Chattels & Credits, as they were at his death, without deducting any debts owing by him therefrom did not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds
