This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Blankley of Stathern in the County of Leicester Batchelor made this Twenty seventh day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety Four (that is to say)
In the first place I give unto my Brother Roger Blankley of Denton in the County of Lincoln the Sum of ten pounds to be paid to him by my Executor hereinafter named out of my personal Estate within twelve Calendar months next after my decease
And as to all my Estate both real and personal which I shall die possessed of or intitled unto I give and devise the same and every part thereof unto my Nephew Thomas Blankley of Stathern aforesaid the Son of my late Brother Thomas Blankley deceased and unto his Heirs Executors and administrators to and for his and their own Use and Benefit He my said Nephew paying thereout all my just Debts funeral Expences and the Charges of proving this my Will And I do hereby appoint my Said Nephew Thomas Blankley sole Executor hereof

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witness thereto

Let a probate be made to Thomas Blankley the sole Executor within named
He being duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the will as that the Testator’s Goods, Chattels & Credits do not amount in value to the sum of One hundred pounds
