James Bingham of Wartnaby 1819 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me The Revd James Bingham of Wartnaby in the County of Leicester Clerk

I give and devise all and every my Advowsons Messuages Cottages Farms Lands Tenements & hereditaments and real Estates whatsoever situate and being at Wartnaby Ab Kettleby and Holwell in the County of Leicester And at Broughton Sulney otherwise Over Broughton Hickling And Orston in the County of Nottingham And all other my real Estates whatsoever & wheresoever unto my dear Wife Elizabeth And her Assigns for And during the term of her natural life And from and after the decease of my said Wife I give And devise the same unto and to the use of my Son James Bingham the younger his heirs and Assigns for ever

And as to for and concerning all my moneys and Securitys for money and all and singular my Personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said Son James Bingham his Executors Administrators and Assigns In trust nevertheless to pay the yearly and other Interest Income and Proceeds of my Personal Estate when And as received unto my said Wife And her Assigns for And during the term of her natural life And after her decease I give And bequeath the whole of my said Personal Estate to my said Son his Executors Admors and Assigns for his and their own absolute use and benefit

And I hereby nominate and appoint my said Son James Bingham and my said Wife Elizabeth joint Executor & Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And do hereby revoke And make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof I the said James Bingham the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen
