In the name of God Amen I Anne Berrie of Abkettelby in the County of Leicester Singelwoeman though sicke in body yet being in perfect minde & memorie praised be god doe Ordaine this to be my last Will & Testament Revockeinge all former Wills
Imprimis I bequeath my Soule to allmighty god whoe gave it mee trusting to be saved by the alone Merrits of Jesus Christ desireing my body to be Buried in the Church yeard of Abkettelby & for my worldly goods I bequeath them inn manner & forme followeing
It I give to my Sister Alice Childe the Sume of five pounds to be to the onely use & behoofe of it
It I give to my Brother William Berrie the sume of five shillings
It I give to my Sister Alice the sume of five shillings
It I give to my Sister Mary the sume of five Shillinges
It I give Henry Huckerby 2s6d
It I give to Edward Smarte 2s6d
It I give to Jone Cross 2s6dd
It I give to widdow Breete 1s0
It I give to widdow Johnson 1s0d
It I give all the Rest of my goods depts & Chattels knowne to be mine unto William Blankly of Abkettelby in the County of Leicester & Elizebeth Berre of the same Towne & County which I doe here macke full & Sole executors of this my last Will & Tesstament
In Wittness hereof I have sett to my hand & Seale the Fower & Twentieth day of August In the yeare of our Lord 1660
