This is the last Will and Testament of me George Bellamy of Eaton in the County of Leicester Woodman

I bequeath to my dear Wife Sarah Jane Bellamy my daughter Hannah Bellamy and my son Tom Bellamy all my furniture plate and plated articles china glass books linen prints pictures musical instruments and other articles of domestic use and ornament Upon trust to permit my said Wife Sarah Jane Bellamy to possess use and enjoy the same furniture and other articles during her life provided she shall so long continue my Widow she keeping the same properly insured against fire and properly preserving the same from deterioration reasonable wear and tear excepted

And after the death or future marriage of my said Wife whichever event shall first happen I declare that the same shall sink into and form part of my residuary estate

I devise all my real estate and bequeath all my monies securities for money goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever (not hereby otherwise disposed of) Unto and To the use of my said Wife Sarah Jane Bellamy my said daughter Hannah Bellamy and my said son Tom Bellamy their heirs executors and administrators respectively Upon trust to sell my said real estate and to sell collect and convert into money my said residuary personal estate and to invest the monies to be produced by such sale collection and conversion (after payment thereout of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses) in the names or name of the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my Will in or upon any investments authorised by law for trust funds with power to vary such investments at their her or his discretion And upon trust to pay the annual income thereof to or permit the same to be received by my said Wife Sarah Jane Bellamy during her life provided she shall so long continue my Widow

And after the death or future marriage of my said Wife Sarah Jane Bellamy whichever event shall first happen Upon trust to stand possessed of my said residuary trust monies and of the investments and annual income thereof In trust for all and every my children and child living at my death or born in due time afterwards who being sons or a son attain the age of twenty one years or being daughters or a daughter attain that age or marry under that age and if more than one in equal shares

And I appoint my said Wife Sarah Jane Bellamy my said daughter Hannah Bellamy and my said son Tom Bellamy executrixes and executor of this my Will and hereby revoke all former and other Wills

In witness whereof I the said George Bellamy the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in two sheets of paper set my hand this twenty fourth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and eighty eight
