This is the last Will and Testament of me Matthew Bates of Eaton in the county of Leicester Butcher

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate and Effects unto my Father and Mother Nathaniel and Ann Bates viz House, Land, Household Goods &c paying all my Debts and Funeral Expences

In Witness whereof I the said Matthew Bates have set my Hand and Seal the fifth day of April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred and Eleven

Signed Sealed and declared by the said Matthew Bates the Testator as for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in the presence of him and at this request, and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our Names as witnesses of this his said Will
