William Barwell of Hose 1842 Will

This is the last Will of [sic] Testament of me William Barwell of Hose in the county of Leicester Yeoman

I direct my just debts to be fully paid

I Give Devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal estate of every sort and kind and wheresoever situate with the appurtenances unto my dear Wife Mary Barwell her Heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever And I do appoint her Sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all other by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of July 1830

Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Barwell for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who have at his request in his presence and the presence of each other set our hands as Witnesses to the due execution thereof

Mary Barwell of Hose in the County of Leicester Widow sole Executrix in this will named was duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance thereof as usual and that the goods chattels and credits of the deceased without deducting any debts owing by him therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds and that the deceased died on the tenth day of May last past
