In The Name of God Amen I Robert Baldrick of Harby in the County of Leicester Miller Being weak of Body But of perfect mind & Memory I Blesse God for it doe make this my Last will and Testament in Manner Following

First I Comend my soule to Almighty God who Gave it and My Body to the Earth to be Buried at the discrecon of my Executor hereafter Named

Imprimis I will that all my debts and funerall Charges be paid and discharged

Item I Give to William Cocks his Children of Tyg… in the County of Rutland the sume of Twenty pounds to be equally divided amongst them

Item I Give to Catherine Cocks the wife of Wm Cocks all my Linning and Beding which are at Mrs Humberstons of Welby

Item I Give to Alise Kirks Children the sume of Twenty pounds to be equally divided amongst them

Item I Give to the poore of Harby the sume of five pounds

Item I Give to Elizabeth Hough my Cozen the sum of one shilling

Item I Give my Best Suite of Cloaths to my Cozen John Kirke of Cotgrave

Item I Give to Thomas Kirke of Cotgrave my Chest and what therein is and the pewter that is in his house that is mine

Item I Give to William King the son of William King of Harby Inholder the sume of one pound one shilling six pence

Item I Give to my uncle John Barley of Gadby [sic] in the County of Leicester the sume of fifteene pounds and all the rest of my personal estate unbequeathed Hee paying all my debts and Legacies whom I Nominate and appoint my full and sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament Revoking all other wills by me heretofore made

In Witnesse whereof I have to this my Last will and Testament set to my hand and seale this Twenty second day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord 1706 And in the yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Queene over England &c the fifth
