Robert Baker of Eaton 1628 Will

The last will & testament nuncupative of Robte Baker late of Eaton in the County of Leic deceased declared by him in his life time by worde of mouthe viz

And that the sayd Robte Baker late while he lived vizt upon or aboute Shrove Sundaye last past in the yeare of our Lord 1627 beinge of good minde & perfecte memory did First Comende his sowle unto the hands of God & his body to be buried in the Chancell of the Church of Eaton

And hee did give & bequeath unto his eldest sonne Henry Baker one Stone Cowe

And hee alsoe gave onto his sonne John Baker the Reversion or all the terme of yeares to come which hee the sayd Testator had in one quarterude of lande in his possession

And hee likewise gave unto his daughter Frances Baker xls

And hee did give & bequeath all the residue & remainder of his goods Cattells & Chattells whatsoever unto his daughter Jane Baker whom hee alsoe made constituted & appointed his sole & only executrixe of his sayd last will
