This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Bealy of Eaton in the County of Leicester Grazier

In the first place I will that all my just Debts and funeral expences be paid and discharged

I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Dorothy Jackson the sum of twenty two Pounds to be paid her within two years after my Decease

I give and bequeath unto my two Friends Anthony Rogers and Richard Drewry both of Eaton aforesaid the sum of Forty Pounds In trust nevertheless to be by them put out to Interest upon good and eligible Security or Securities for the use of my Son Francis Bealy when he attains his full age of twenty one years

And my Will further is that if my Son Francis Bealy shall put himself out apprentice then my Executor hereinafter named shall provide him all necessary wearing Apparel during his Apprentiship

I also give and bequeath unto my said two friends Anthony Rogers and Richard Drewry the sum of Fifty Pounds In trust nevertheless to be put out to Interest upon good and eligible Security or Securities for the use of my two Daughters Sibyl and Dinah Bealy when they shall severally attain their full ages of twenty one years

But my Executor shall not be obliged to pay the above sum of forty Pounds of fifty Pounds or either of them until he attains his full age of twenty one years

And further my will is that my Son Francis and Daughters Sibyl and Dinah shall have a Home in the House of my Executor (or his personal representative) without having any thing to pay for the same in case of Sickness or Incapacity until they shall severally attain their full ages of twenty five years And that he shall find and provide all necessary’s for them until that time if they continue single and unmarried

But if my Son Francis Daughters Sibyl or Dinah shall die before he she or they attain the full age of twenty one years the Legacy or bequest of he she or they so dying shall go to the Survivor or Survivors share and share alike

I give and bequeath unto my Niece Elizabeth Bealy one Guinea to buy her a Mourning Gown

All the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Bealy But if my Son Thomas Die before he attains his full age of twenty years, Then all the above goods Chattels and Personal Estate not hereinbefore disposed of I give and bequeath unto my two friends abovementioned In trust nevertheless for the use of my Son Francis when he attains his full age of twenty one years except ten Pounds to each of my Daughters

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Thomas Bealy full executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and this only to be my last

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety
