This is the last Will and Testament of me John Ashbourn of Saltby in the County of Leicester Farmer

I direct my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be fully paid and satisfied out of my personal Estate by my executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I Give and Bequeath Unto my Housekeeper Sarah Cragg an Annuity of Twenty six pounds for and during the term of her natural life to be paid to her half yearly the first payment to commence at the expiration of six Calendar Months after my decease And I charge the same upon my real Estate

I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Catharine the Legacy or Sum of One thousand pounds to be paid to her but without Interest at the expiration of Twelve calendar Months after my decease in case my Son George shall have attained the age of Twenty one years and if I should die before that event should happen Then I direct that the said Legacy shall be paid to my said Daughter when my said Son George shall attain his said age of Twenty one years with Interest in the meantime after the rate of Five pounds per centum per annum

I also Give and Bequeath unto my said Daughter the further Legacy or Sum of One thousand pounds to be paid to her at the expiration of ten years after the first Legacy shall become payable in case she shall be living at that period but without Interest And I charge the said Legacies upon my real Estate

I Give and Devise unto my said Son George his heirs and assigns All my real Estates situate at Somerby in the County of Lincoln Stathern and Wycomb cum Chadwell in the said County of Leicester or elsewhere

I give and Bequeath unto my said Son George All my personal property whatsoever and wheresoever subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences

And lastly I appoint my Friends Thomas Beaumont Shilcock of Hose Grange in the said County of Leicester Farmer and Frederick Pern Newcome of Grantham in the said County of Lincoln Solicitor joint Executors of this my Will
