Be it known unto all men by this present writing that I John Marrytt thelder of Claxton als Clawson in the Countie of Leic widr have geven unto all my fyve children equall percons of all my goods & Cattells moveble & unmoveable remayninge & beinge in Claxton als Clawson aforesd or elsewhere within this Realme of England
In witnes whereof I the foresaid John Marryt senior have caused this my present deed of gifte to be made And unto the same have putto my hand & seale the fourth daye of the moneth of Januarye and the Nynthe yeare of the Raigne of our most gracious Soveraigne Lord Kinge James &c and of Scotland the xlvth
