Samuel Hardy of Harby 1729 Will and Inventory

In the Name of God Amen I Samewell Harday of Harby in the County of Leicester Laborer being sick of body but of a sound & disposing Mind and Memory do make this my Last Will and Testament in maner & forme folloing

And first I order my Body be decently Inte’d at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter Named and as touching that Estate Real or persnell which it haith pleased God to bestow upon me I do will Give Devise dispose & bequeathe the Same in Manner and forme folloing

First I will that all those Debts & Dutyes which I owe of Right or Conscence to any manner of person or persons whatsoever togeather with my funerall expenses shall be well and truly contented & paid or ordained to be paid within Convenient time after my Decease by my Executrix hereafter Named

Itam I give and bequeathe unto My deare and Loving Wife Susanah Harday all my whole Estate Reale or persnell

And Lastly I doe make and Constitute my dear and Loving Wife Soul Executrix of this my said Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills Whatsoever by me Maid

In Witness I the said Samewell Harday have to this my Last Will and Testement sett my hand & seale the Eight day of August in the third Yeare of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord George the Second Annoque Dom 1729
