In the name of God Amen I Jeffary Daliwater of Harby In the County of Licester Laborough being sick of Body but of a sound disposition of mind and memary doe make this my last Will and Testament in maner and forme following
And first I order my Body be decently Inter’d at the discretion of My Exetricts hear after named and as touching that Estate Real and personal which it hath pleased god to bestow upon me I do Will give Devise dispose and bequeathe the same In Maner and forme following
First my will is that all my debts and dues that I owe to any manner of person or persons what soever togeather with my funerall Expences shall be well and truly paid or ordered to be paid with In Conveniant time after my decease by my Excutricts heare after mentioned
Itam I do Give to my Brother James Daliwater one Shilling and to my Brother Joseph Riley one shilling of good and lawfull Monney of Greate Britan to be paid by my Sister Elizabeth Daliwater to them
I Give all my Estate Reale or personal whatsoever I die posest of and I do make and apoint my sister Elizabeth Daliwater sole Excetorix of this My Last Will and testament
Wittness Whearof I the said Jeffary Daliwater to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the sixt day of September In the second year of our Lord George the second Anoque Domini 1728
