Memorandum That on or aboute the two and twentieth day of August in the yeare of our Lord god One thousand six hundred fiftie five William Stoner of Saxelby in the County of Leicester being sicke of the sicknesse whereof hee dyed and of perfect mynde and memory with an Intent to make his last will and Testament Nuncupative hee spake these words or the like in effect vizt

Hee gave unto his daughter Mary Stoner one hundred and fiftie pounds

And hee gave unto his Three sonns William Stoner John Stoner and Thomas Stoner one hundred pounds a peece

The rest and residue of his estate whatsoever hee gave unto his Wife Mary

On the Five and twentieth day of August one Thousand six hundred fiftie Five yssued forth Letters of Administracon to Mary the Relict of William Stoner lately of Saxelby in the County of Leicester deceased To Administer all the goods Chattles & debtes of the said deceased according to the Tennor of the said Will shee the said Mary the Relict being first lawfully sworne truely to Administer the same
