Memorandum That on or aboute the two and twentieth day of August in the yeare of our Lord god One thousand six hundred fiftie five William Stoner of Saxelby in the County of Leicester being sicke of the sicknesse whereof hee dyed and of perfect mynde and memory with an Intent to make his last will and Testament Nuncupative hee spake these words or the like in effect vizt
Hee gave unto his daughter Mary Stoner one hundred and fiftie pounds
And hee gave unto his Three sonns William Stoner John Stoner and Thomas Stoner one hundred pounds a peece
The rest and residue of his estate whatsoever hee gave unto his Wife Mary
