This is the last Will and Testament of me George Jarvis Goodson of the White Lodge Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester Farmer
After payment of my Funeral expences the proving of this my Will and all just debts I give devise and bequeath To George Goodson my Son and to Frances Goodson my Daughter equally between them all and singular my Personal property namely all my Farming produce Cattle Farming implements money Household Furniture and all whatsoever is belonging to me at the time of my decease and I also give and devise to my Daughter Sarah Goodson all that part of Household Furniture which was her own when in business and I give and devise to her a home with the said George Goodson and Frances Goodson when and at what times and as long as she may require the same
And I also nominate and constitute and appoint my Son George Goodson and Frances my daughter Goodson joint Executor and Executorix of this my last Will and Testament
And providing my daughter Frances at any time require to leave her brother George the property to be equally divided in valuation
I also nominate and appoint Mr John Morris of Eaton Lodge in the County of Leicester Farmer as Trustee of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my hand this 19th day of June in the year of our Lord 1884

The Testator George Jarvis Goodson was late of The White Lodge Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the fourteenth day of September 1884 at Goadby Marwood aforesaid
