In the name of god Amen the xviiith day of Appryll in the yeare of our lord god a thousand fyve hundrethe three score and a leven I Roger Rawlynsone of good and perfytt memory at this presence thankes be geven to the almyghtie god doe make this my laste wyll and testament in maner and forme following
