In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Auwood of Scalford in the County of Leicester Spinster being Sick and weak in Body but Sound in mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this life Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First of all I give my Soul to God that gave it me and my Body I committ to the Earth to be decently interred att the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named
And as for my Worldly Estate which hath pleased God to bless me with I give and dispose thereof as follows
In the first place I give and bequeath unto Daniel Jenkinson of Barrowby in the County of Lincoln Gentleman and to Ann Jenkinson his Wife the Sum of one Guinea a peice to be paid them by my Executrix hereinafter named within three months after my decease
And Also I give and bequeath unto Mark Jenkinson son of the said Daniel Jenkinson the sume of five Guineas to be paid him by my said Executrix within three months next after my decease
And Also I give and bequeath unto Thomas Wilburn of Thorpe Arnold in the County of Leicester Grazier the sume of one Guinea to be paid him by my said Executrix within three months after my decease
And Also I give and bequeath unto my Sister Elianor Auwood the sume of one Guinea to be paid her by my said Executrix within three months next after my decease
And Also I give and bequeath unto my said Sister Elianor Auwood All that my undivided moiety or half part of my Household Goods other Goods Stock and Cattle whatsoever to be delivered unto her by my Said Executrix within three months next after my decease
And Also all the rest residue and remainder of my Chattells rights and Creditts not herein before by me given bequeathed and disposed of (my Debts Legacies and funeral Expences being first paid and discharged) I give and bequeath unto Elianor Wilburn of Scalford aforesaid Spinster whom I doe hereby appoint full and Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament Revoking all former Wills by me att any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Auwood the Testatrix have hereunto putt my hand and Seale this Eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred & Forty one
