In the Name of God Amen I Richard Storer of Grimston in the County of Leicester Shepherd being of sound and disposing mind and Memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following That is to say
First I will that all my Debts Legacies and Funeral Charges be paid and discharged by my Executrix and Executor herein after Named
I give and Bequeath all my Stock Chattels and Cattle to my Dear and Loving Wife and my Son William in equal Share and Share alike and do appoint them Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have set my hand and Seal this 14th Day of August One Thousand Eight hundred and One

7th May 1803 Ann Storer the Widow of the within named Testator Richard Storer and one of the Executors within named was then sworn to the due execution of the within written will & at the same time made oath that the said Testator did not die possessed of a personal estate to the value of one hundred pounds as she verily believed, Power being reserved to make the like Grant to William Storer a Minor the other Executor within named on his applying for the same after he shall have attained the age of twenty one years
