This is the last Will and Testament of me John Sumner of Harby in the County of Leicester Cottager

First I Will that all my just debts and Funeral & Testamentary expences be paid & discharged by my Executors herein after named

First I Give and Bequeath Unto my Son John Sumner Cordwainer now or late of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster Twenty Pounds

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Wife of Wm Henson of Liverpool aforesaid Schoolmaster Twenty Pounds

Item I give and bequeath unto my Natural Son Mark Wilson of Harby Forty Pounds to be Paid By my Executors within Twelve Months after my Decease into the Hands of my Brother William Sumner of Hose who I leave in Trust for My said Natural Son Mark Wilson and to be Put out upon the Best security to Interest the Interest to be Paid as it becomes due to the said Mark Wilson

All the rest and residue of my goods Chattles and effects, Credits, Money, Securities for Money, Cloaths Furniture and whatsoever else I may be Possessed of at the time of my Decease I Give & Bequeath unto my executors hereinafter named

And I Hereby Appoint Thomas Sumner & Wm Sumner of Harby (my Sons) Joint executors of this my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I the said John Sumner the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament this Ninth Day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Subscribed my name & seal

Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said John Sumner as and for his last Will & Testament in the Presence of us who in his Presence at his request and in the Presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to the execution thereof

Let a probate be made to Thomas Sumner of Harby in the County of Leicester and William Sumner of the same place Labourers the joint Executors named in the Will of the deceased who died 29^th September last

They having been first duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the will as that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the Testator without deducting any debts due and owing by the deceased therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred Pounds
